I hereby apply for membership of the Hitchin Boys’ School Old Boys’ Association in one of the following categories and will send the appropriate subscription to the Hon Sec HBSOBA at Beck Spring House, Beckett End, Foulden, Thetford. Norfolk. IP26 5AF

1.    Ordinary Members who shall pay an annual subscription (currently £5).

2.    Term Members, who shall pay a subscription of £40 (payable in a lump sum or in four successive annual instalments of £10), which shall cover twenty years and be renewable every twenty years thereafter at half the current term subscription.

3.    Associate Members, who shall be School Leavers who make application to join the Association in the year of their leaving.   Such membership shall be free of subscription for a period of five calendar years including the year of joining.

In accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act, I have neither objection to the above information being recorded on a computer system nor to it’s being published in a membership list or otherwise at the Committee’s discretion.
